"I have always hated and feared going to the dentist like any other person. The pain of the needles, knowing the dentist is in a hurry and will not wait long enough for the numbing medication to take effect, and the fear of the drill and waiting for it to hit the nerve that isn’t quite dead yet, always made it a horrible experience. It always hurt, no matter how many times I told them, or what they did.
"That all changed when I started going to Dr. Catt. I can honestly say it is the first time in my life that I actually enjoy going to the dentist. No pain! Great experience personal experience. He and his staff actually listened to what I was saying. They took their time and were very gentle with me. They asked a lot of questions and actually adjusted the numbing medications so my heart would not race. They waited long enough for the medication to take effect and actually sat with me until it did. They do not leave you alone and then come back and jump right into your mouth. They stay and talk to you.
"Dr. Catt takes his time and stops occasionally to let your jaw rest. He talks to you during the treatment and actually is interested in what you have to say. The most important thing to me is that I have never once been hurt by Dr. Catt while he is working on my teeth. The second most important thing is he always calls me a couple days after treatment to see if I am ok and if I am having any issues. It makes you feel like he really cares, and he does.
