Helping patients become intimately involved in their oral health decisions is Dr. Catt’s top priority, so don’t be surprised if he draws you a picture to demonstrate what’s going on in your mouth. Comprehensive oral evaluations assist patients in understanding their problems, what their options are, and how to prevent future problems. Dr. Catt uses several methods in this educational process:

Dr. Catt puts patients at ease by talking them through any procedure before starting. He also makes sure his highly educated staff takes continuing education courses throughout the year.
A Little on the Green Side
Dr. Catt and his staff practice "green" methods with a goal to eliminate the use of unnecessary printouts and charts. Recycling is practiced within the office and no chemicals are used in the radiographs. Not only does this protect our earth, it saves time and money while significantly decreasing patient and staff exposure.

Insurance
As a service to you, our staff will act as an advocate between you and your insurance provider. We strive to be able to get you the best possible coverage and leave you stress-free by not having to deal with this part of your visits to our office.
Our office is a preferred provider in the ODS Provider Directory. We will accept and bill any company. This does not mean that the insurance company will cover your expenses.
Financial Policy
Financial discussions are held with every patient as a service and a courtesy to that patient. Prior to scheduling any treatment, the patient will meet with the financial coordinator to discuss financial arrangements specific to his or her case. If the patient has insurance, the estimated portion will be calculated. This is an estimate only, not a guarantee of payment. The patient is ultimately responsible for the full amount.
All patients will be informed of the fee and a firm financial agreement will be made prior to any treatment. A method of payment will be matched to the needs of the patient while adhering to the financial guidelines of our practice. This allows treatment to be rendered when it is needed, and avoids “surprises.” The ultimate goal is to develop clear, mutually agreed upon expectations for our patients.
Financing
We offer financing solutions through Care Credit. Their "No Interest Financing" will allow you to spread out your payments over a period of time. This is a very attractive option if you do not have insurance or your insurance will not cover a procedure.
