Commitment to Your Health & Safety
Dr. James Catt Says…
As a member of our practice family, your health and safety have always been of the utmost importance to us.
As times and circumstances change we will adapt and adopt ensuring that your experience is all that you deserve and the outcome is better than expected.
Before Your Appointment
As you prepare for your appointment, we’ll contact you with a few simple pre-screening questions. We’ll ask these questions again when you arrive at our office. If you’re not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We’ll make it our priority to see you as soon as possible.
We are scheduling fewer appointments than usual to allow sterilized rooms to sit longer and air to recirculate more thoroughly between patients. You might have fewer options for scheduling but we’ll work with you to find a time that fits your needs.
During Your Visit
Preventing infection and disease has always been a top priority for our team. We follow (and exceed) all guidelines and regulations from the CDC, ADA, and OSHA. We stay up to date on the latest news and guidance from these agencies and adjust our protocols to use the best and latest available information.
There’s hand sanitizer at our front desk and in the waiting area.
Our waiting area no longer offers magazines, toys, etc. This reduces the number of touchpoints we must disinfect, giving us extra time to clean and sanitize our office.
We’re spacing out appointments to limit your interactions with other patients, too.
Ultraviolet System hospital-grade air purifiers in our HVAC system remove all harmful pathogens and particulate from the air you breathe.
High-quality PPE limits our team’s exposure to viruses and bacteria and provides our patients with added peace of mind.
After You’re Done
Once your appointment is finished, we’ll sanitize the treatment area and get it ready for our next patient. Meanwhile, you’ll return to the front desk to use sanitizer and schedule your follow up visit.
If you’d rather, you can also leave immediately following treatment and then call our office to pay over the phone. If you pay on the same day we’ll honor your discount just like if you paid in the office!
Finally, don’t forget to tell your friends about us! We’d love the opportunity to show everyone in the Rogue Valley how seriously we take our patients’ safety.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you send your team home if they’re sick?
This is very important to us.
if any employee is ill, they are not to come into the office until they are symptom-free or until they have had a negative COVID test to prove that their symptoms (i.e. coughing sneezing, etc.) are not contagious.
We are very insistent about this!
In addition, we check with the team first thing every morning to verify that they are symptom-free.
What services and treatments are you offering?
Because of our commitment to patient safety, we are confidently open for all dental services (general, cosmetic, preventive, implants). We take great care to make the experience of visiting our office as safe and stress-free as possible.
What should I do to prepare for my visit?
Make sure to complete our pre-screening questions and contact our front desk staff if you have any concerns about your health. We’ll work with you to reschedule your appointment if needed.
I’m in a high-risk group or worried about my health. What can you do to help?
You might be interested in scheduling an appointment early in the day when you can be one of our first appointments. While our office is always safe and clean, this provides an extra layer of protection and can add to your comfort, too.
